Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is a newly launched, elite residential project by the development company of Binghatti Properties. The complex includes two towers with a wavy design and the facade is characterized by fluid lines and subtle contours reminiscent of the resort-inspired lifestyle of the French Riviera. As of May 2023, the complex is still under construction.

The hyper form of this tower is inspired by Bugatti’s renowned supercars and is intended to encapsulate the essence of the brand’s clever and imaginative mentality, expressing the sense of exuberance and elegance found at Bugatti. The hyper form offers high-end finishes, exquisite craftsmanship, and the most advanced state-of-the-art smart home system drawn from the Bugatti DNA – always pushing the boundaries.

The total number of units in the development is 182. Luxurious properties in Bugatti Residences by Binghatti are presented by the Riviera Mansion Collection with 2-bedroom Cannes mansions, 3-bedroom St Tropez mansions and 4-bedroom Monaco mansions. There is also a Sky Mansion Penthouse Collection with 11 mansions and only one upper penthouse. Residences will feature a private swimming pool and there will be 4 to 5 units per floor.
